the Key Kares Enrollment Process

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Key Kares CDC, please call for classroom availability. If there are no openings, we welcome you to add your name to the waiting list. You will be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available. 

Schedule a meeting for us to discuss your child's specific needs, your expectations, program details and to simply take a look around. Parents may request a copy of the Parent Handbook to review prior to the meeting.

You must inform the center of your Intent to Enroll within 48 hours of the meeting. In order to reserve your child's space, an Enrollment Packet must be completed and submitted, along with the $40 registration fee and the first week's tuition. If you fail to contact Key Kares CDC within the 48 hour window, the next prospective family will be offered the opening. The slot will filled on a "first come, first served" basis when all Enrollment items have been received. 

*The registration fee and first week's tuition are non-refundable. If you neglect to bring your child for care, those funds will be forfeited.  

Once all Enrollment items have been received and entered into your child's file, we will discuss a start date. Take time to review our Policies & Procedures ahead of your child's first day.
